A Story Driven by Place, Purpose and Partnership. In 2020, Robin launched Our Hampshire & Beyond, a travel and destination platform that now reaches more than 190,000 followers across social channels. This gives us direct, real-time insight into how audiences engage with place-based content.
It also gives us unrivalled knowledge of the South Coast region — its hidden locations, visual strengths and authentic stories — making us a natural partner for travel, education and place-focused organisations. Our team are explorers by nature.

Robin Waldman
Creative Director
Robin is the founder of RCM and an internationally experienced Creative Director. Robin cares passionately about video marketing and guiding clients with exceptional customer service from concept to delivery. He runs the popular and respected Our Hampshire & Beyond platform with over 170k+ followers .
Julia Waldman
Operations Director
Julia is RCM’s Executive Producer, CFO and Strategic lead for growth and creative as well as client relationships. Julia steers the ship to ensure clients receive personal support, and a high-quality service. She is passionate about excellent customer service.
Jack Mansfield
Video Producer and Photographer
Jack is multi-talented – doing filming, editing, photography and drone work. Jack has a great technical eye and delivers high-quality, professional content from production through to post-production.
Charlie Nicholas
Producer
Charlie’s role is varied, from production management to filming and editing. With a passion for live theatre, he is a storyteller through and through and loves helping creative visions come to life.
